Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments to you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital services

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun providing the digital service after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you have confirmed that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal.

Start of performance during the withdrawal period

For services, we will begin performance before the withdrawal period expires only if you expressly request this. If you subsequently withdraw, reasonable compensation may be due, subject to the statutory requirements, for the services properly provided up to the time of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal for a service expires early only after the service has been fully performed and all statutory declaration, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements have been met. For an ongoing SaaS subscription, it does not expire merely because the user account has been activated.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires only once we have begun performance before the end of the withdrawal period with your express consent, you have acknowledged the loss of that right, and the statutory contract confirmation has been provided.
